Data Reporting URL Management

This section will introduce the function of managing global reporting addresses on the "System Administration" page. The reporting addresses corresponding to the project can be viewed in the "Access Configuration" of Project Management .

I. The Significance of Reporting Address Management

The data reporting address is a necessary parameter for reporting data to the TA project. Managing the reporting address in the TA will help the data access personnel to easily obtain the parameters required for data access. At the same time, we also provide the function of reporting address monitoring to avoid data loss caused by abnormal reporting address.

There are two types of data reporting addresses in TA:

• **Public network address **: suitable for client side data reporting and server level data access in public network environment
• **Private network address **: suitable for data access and testing in the intranet environment

The reported address needs to include "protocol" and "host name", sample:

• Public address: https://receiver.ta.thinkingdata.cn
• Private network address: http://10.12.35.24

It is strongly recommended to bind the SSL certificate to the public online reporting address, and use the https address to ensure the security and stability of data reporting.

II. Manage Reporting Address

Go to the "Report Address" sub-page of the "System Configuration" page to view the report address configuration of the current cluster:

2.1 Global Address

In general, all projects in a cluster can use the same reporting address. You can set the "global address" to configure the default reporting address of the project.

The global address is visible to all projects. When the project does not have a custom address configured, the global address will be displayed on the "Access Configuration" page of "Project Management" for relevant personnel to view.

2.2 Project Custom Address

TA projects can have a custom reporting address for easy management. The custom address of the project can be edited by the project administrator on the "Project Management" page or managed on the "System Administration" page.

Project custom addresses take precedence over global addresses. When a project has a custom address, the project custom address is displayed on the Project Management page.

III. Report Address Monitor

You can turn on automatic detection for each reported address to monitor the status of the reported address.

If you restrict the extranet access rights of the TA cluster node, you may not be able to accurately detect the status of the reported address, you can contact the operation and maintenance personnel for configuration

On the report address page, click the "Status" button to view the corresponding report address detection tasks. You can configure the detection task execution method and execution node for each address separately.

After the timing detection and notification is turned on, we will notify the relevant personnel through system warning when the SSL certificate is about to expire or has expired. You can manage the alarm information receiving personnel on the "Early Warning Push" page.
