# Member and Permission Management

In the TE system, permissions can be divided into system permissions and project permissions, which are respectively granted by syste and project roles and data permissions. This chapter only focuses on project permissions. If you want to learn about system permissions such as those concerning O&Ms and auditing, please see System Management.

Each TE account corresponds to a member, which can exist simultaneously in many projects. You can control members' feature permissions in a project via Project Roles and their data permissions via Data Access.

Add/remove members, adjust a member's role and data access within the project.

View or customize roles and flexibly assign permissions.

# Data Access

Control the data that can be accessed by a member in the project, including visibility setting, scope of data and data desensitization settings.
